Returns & Exchanges – Oneness Drops

To ensure fast processing, contact our support team before returning an item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without this step, we will not accept your return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging. This applies to ordinary returns of unopened items. If you have already tried the product, the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee below is the term that applies to you.

  • Return Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. In that case, we cover the shipping expense.

  • Refunds: Once approved, we credit refunds directly to your original payment method within a few business days. Finally, you will receive confirmation by email when the refund is complete.

  • Shipping: Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is at your expense, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
